2023 Membership Classifications

All LBCC Memberships are Annual Memberships beginning January 1st of each year.

For all multi-person memberships, non-married couples must live at the same address & verify permanent residence to qualify for this membership. The due date for Annual and Monthly renewal payments is January 31st.

Homeowner Membership

$3761 Annually or

$328/month

Membership includes:

All club activities for the immediate family of homeowners of Bracken Holdings properties only.

Full Family Membership

Membership includes:

All club activities for the immediate family.

Single Membership

All club activities for an individual who will be the sole user of the facilities.

Non-Resident Membership

Non-Resident Membership includes:

All club activities for the immediate family. Members must live outside a 25-mile radius of Lake Bracken. Regular Tee Times for the weekend and holiday golf are not available for these members however, they may play with a group that has a tee time.

Social Membership

Junior Memberships

  • Junior I: Ages 8 thru 18 $341/yr.
  • Junior II: Ages 19 thru 26 $682/yr. (if paid by Jan. 31) or $60 monthly

    $25 – Monthly Food and Beverage minimum required (March thru Nov.)

  • Junior III: Ages 27 thru 32 $1365/yr. (if paid by Jan. 31) or $119 monthly

    $50 – Monthly Food and Beverage minimum required (March thru Nov.)
    $150 – Special Improvement Fee due May 1st of each year.

  • Junior IV: Ages 33 thru 39 $2048/yr. (if paid by Jan. 31) or $179 monthly

    $50 – Monthly Food and Beverage minimum required (March thru Nov.)
    $150 – Special Improvement Fee due May 1st of each year.

Junior Membership includes:

All club activities for a single or married member. The couple’s age category is determined by the age of the oldest person in the couple as of December 31st of the current year when assessing for the upcoming membership year. (ie. 2023 fees are based on one’s age as of 12-31-22).

Membership Definitions

Immediate Family includes all members living in the household including dependent children through age 19 (23 if a full-time student). Residents older than 23 living at any Bracken home site must register with the club office and are only entitled to activities that are granted through the homeowner lease agreement.

Must provide proof of permanent residence.  Acceptable proof is determined by the address listed on their driver’s license.  The club will have the right to verify permanent residence status at renewal each year.

 

This is a minimum fee to be spent on food and/or beverage in the club restaurant, all snack bars, and the bar monthly, March through November.  There is NO food/ beverage minimum requirement for the months of December, January, and February. The Food/Beverage Minimum is for the cost of the food/beverage and does not include the tax or any tip given.

Status is required with new membership or recertification each year. Proof shall include a copy of the current class schedule, report card, or transcript that indicates total credit hours. Full Time is a minimum of 12 credit hours as of January 31st.

 

All Member Ages are determined as of December 31st of the current membership year, for the following year’s dues assessment.

All miscellaneous fees are due April 1st of the current membership year unless otherwise noted.

(Pontoon fees are due within 30 days of the move)

Annual Member Cart Fee –

allows for use of a personal golf cart on the course throughout the year.

Gas/Electric Cart Stall –

allows for storage of personal cart in the Club’s Cart Shed throughout the year.

Boat Dock –

allows the use of a Club-assigned Boat Dock Slip throughout the boating season.

Boat Sticker, Cart Sticker, & 4-Wheeler Sticker must be displayed on these vehicles each year.
